Started having problems last night at 1 am with power going out in my room and the south part of my condo. I called after work three places and two said maybe Thursday or Friday or next week after Holiday. I called the ladies in the office and Stone and they said Claudio responded and would come down and see me next. It took maybe half an hour for him arrive. He was great at listening to what happened and started the investigation. He had to try multiple things and nothing was working even as he found things he thought might be the issue. Finally he did another check on a socket that was working and heard a crackle and then he thought this might finally be the something. So, in short he found the issue because he kept at it. It was an implausible issue and an unlikely problem and he found it. So, I can not thank him enough. And I can not recommend Claudio and Stone Electric enough.
